Donald D Rossi, President

Originally from Santa Barbara, Don has over twenty-five years experience in electrical contracting. He focuses on custom residential, data cabling, service work and marketing for Rossi & Carr Electrical. Don has exceptional people skills, and truly enjoys doing whatever it takes to get and keep satisfied customers.

Stephen P. Carr, Vice President/Secretary

Steve learned the electrical trade back in 1974 in Orange County where he was born and raised. After earning his AA at Fullerton Community College, he saw the electrical contracting business as an opportunity, and he has been building on that opportunity ever since. Steve thrives on technical challenges and keeping one step ahead of the competition.

Estimator

Russell Sterner provides full time estimating services for Rossi & Carr Electrical. On staff since June of 1996 he has both "hands on" field experience as an electrician in Southern California and training in computer based electrical estimating methods. He is available five days a week fron 7 am to 5 pm to contractors and vendors who may have questions etc.

Office Administrator

Jeanette Morris has been handling the business end of Rossi & Carr Electrical since 1989. She is a full charge bookkeeper who also has a BA in English from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and an MA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Jeanette has extensive prior experience in many aspects of construction office administration including insurance, bonding, job costing, payroll, and contract administration. Jeanette is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. She is knowledgeable and will more than likely have the answer you need!
